Connection between panels with double-sealed fittings (Click&Safe)
The Leonardo Click&Safe 3.0 Plus system consists of a 10 mm plasterboard panel with Activ'Air® technology coupled with 50 mm of sintered polystyrene foam with graphite for a total thickness of 60 mm. The plasterboard panel is complete with 5-layer polyethylene piping with EVOH oxygen barrier. The MidiX Plus piping in high-temperature resistant polyethylene, with a center-to-center distance of 3 cm, is arranged in a serpentine pattern.It is ideal for both winter heating and summer cooling.

10 mm pre-finished plasterboard panel with Activ'Air® technology laminated with 40 mm graphite-sintered expanded polystyrene (lD=0,030 W/m·K according to EN 13163), complete with 5-layer, MidiX Plus type II high-temperature resistant polyethylene PE-RT piping (DIN 16833, ISO 24033, ISO 22391, ISO 21003, EN 1264) with EVOH oxygen barrier in the pipe wall and vapour permeability of less than 0.32 mg/(m 2 d) at 40°C and 3.6 mg/(m 2 d) at 80°C (within DIN 4726 and EN 1264-4 limits), class 4 and 5 mechanical strength characteristics at 6 bar (ISO 10508) and an expected service life of 50 years; MidiX Plus 10 x 1.3 mm piping arranged in a serpentine pattern and 3.5 cm spacing; on the surface of the panel there is a laser drawing indicating the position of the pipe; piping complete with rings for connection; the insulation houses a 20 x 2 mm (EN ISO 21003) PE-RT type II (PE-RT II/AL/PE-RT II) multilayer pipe bar, necessary for the hydraulic connection of the panels to the distribution manifold. Low thermal inertia
Thanks to the diameter and thickness of the pipe used (MidiX 10x1.3 mm), the fact the piping is integrated in the plasterboard, which increases the yield by 8% compared to the pipe inserted in the insulation, and the special serpentine geometry, the Leonardo ceiling system with guarantees high yield a very low system thermal inertia.

Each Leonardo panel has a QR code that provides access to technical manuals, instructional videos, and other resources directly from your smartphone, making installation and maintenance faster and easier.
New Click&Safe fitting
Pre-assembled lace-up fittings ensure maximum durability, thanks to double gaskets on connectors between panels. The system connects 10 m² in less than 10 minutes, without tools, with safety clips for precise and reliable assembly.
Modularity of the paneling
The new system introduces a completely new and more efficient approach compared to the previous model. One of the main innovations is the availability of modular panels in a range of standard sizes, eliminating the need to cut panels during installation. If necessary, panels measuring 1200x2000 mm and 600x2000 mm can be divided in half.
Flexible design
The extreme versatility of the Leonardo system can be seen in both design and installation. The panel has been designed with an integrated pipe with two independent circuits. It is therefore possible to cut the plasterboard panel into two exactly mirror-image parts, each equipped with its own pipework.
