Designed to support and optimise the installer's work, the MidiX Soft product line comprises five layers, including an EVOH oxygen barrier in the middle of the pipe to prevent oxygen permeability. The installed and remaining lengths are always visible on the pipe, while the innovative internal unrolling system speeds up installation and prevents twisting.
More flexibility
Pipe flexibility is a key factor in installation. The composition of MidiX Soft - high temperature resistant polyethylene layers - demonstrates increased flexibility.

More safety
Our in-house laboratory and collaboration with certifying bodies guarantee consistent quality control and mechanical properties.

Innovative pipe decoiler
Designed to optimise pipe laying, the new compact and transportable pipe decoiler features:
- lightweight aluminium body
- assembly without screws or tools
- double ball bearings
- uncoiling from inside and outside.

Twist-free installation
The rotating elements and movable guide of the new pipe decoiler prevent any twisting of the pipe and ensure smooth and fast unwinding.
Pipe length always visible
The new MidiX Soft pipe is supplied in convenient rolls (from 200 m - 500 m and 17 ø diameter) wrapped in nylon film and rolled up during production so that the pipe decoiler can be used from the inside.
The installed metres and the metres still available are clearly marked on the pipe, so that the installer knows at any time how much pipe he still has available and can store and reuse the rolls as desired.
TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
High-temperature-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) MidiX Soft pipe (type I, ISO 22391, ISO 24033, ISO 21003, UNI EN 1264, DIN 4726, EN ISO 11855). This 5-layer pipe has an EVOH oxygen barrier in its central thickness and an oxygen permeability of less than 3.6 mg/m² per day at a temperature of 80°C.32 mg/m² per day at 40 °C (DIN 4726, ISO 17455, UNI EN 1264-4, EN ISO 11855). It has mechanical resistance characteristics that classify it as Class 4 according to ISO 10508, with an operating pressure of over 6 bar and an expected lifespan of over 50 years. It is 17 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick (UNI EN 1264-4), can be laid at room temperature and is supplied in suitable-length rolls. The rolls are stored in a way that protects the pipe from solar radiation. The metres of the roll and the mechanical characteristics are marked on the pipe. The EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) of the pipe has been verified by an external body in accordance with EN ISO 14025, and the PCR documents comply with EN 15804+A2:2019..
